At home in the heart of Europe

Munich is one of Europe’s most important transport hubs, connecting over 175 cities worldwide. Your team and business partners can fly to or from all major European cities in less than two and a half hours – because the airport’s check-in desks are just ten minutes away from LabCampus!

Our location at the airport

A place for hybrid working

Even though life is now inconceivable without remote working, teams still need a space where they can share ideas face to face. Thanks to the location of LabCampus, your employees can conveniently commute from seven Bavarian cities, including Munich, while the rest of the world can land at the airport right next door.

Community events

Collaboration doesn’t happen by itself, which is why we organise various events so that our community can network, in keeping with our motto: ‘Connect. Create. Collaborate.’ This is how we bring together people and ideas from different industries in a manner free from unnecessary bureaucracy and actively promote collaboration.

AirportAcademy

AirportAcademy

A characteristic feature of the new AirportAcademy is the two-storey concrete structure, whose design is based on the striking taxiway geometry of Munich Airport. The unique architecture thus creates inviting building entrances and attractive open spaces.

LabCampus Hotels

ibis Styles & Novotel

Novotel and ibis Styles offer our residents and their guests stylish restaurants, bars and places to stay.

Hotels

Nachhaltigkeit

Photovoltaic systems on the roofs, district heating supplied by the airport’s own combined heat and power plant and thermally activated building structures with radiant heating and cooling panels in the rental spaces are but a few examples that demonstrate the importance of sustainability at LabCampus. In 2023, LAB 48 was awarded the ‘KlimaKulturKompetenz’ certificate by the Bavarian Chamber of Architects for energy efficiency and accessibility.

Campus Life

Shopping

One key advantage of LabCampus is its links to the airport, where 150 outlets – from the pharmacy to the shop that stocks Italian fashion by ZEGNA – are open 365 days a year.

Services

Doctor’s surgery, laundrette, filling station or hairdressing salon – Munich Airport is a little city outside the city, catering for everyday needs.

Sport

The campus itself will eventually provide a wide range of on-site sports activities. In addition, there are numerous jogging routes and cycle paths around the airport, which also lead to the nearby lakes for bathing.

Gastronomy

In the future, a wide range of culinary options will appear on the campus, creating a coherent, constantly evolving gastronomic experience. These will be available to both tenants and visitors, helping to create a vibrant campus feeling.
